WTF is a Carbon Bomb?

The Guardian has found some pretty damning info on where oil and gas industry is headed.

Over the next decade, “…oil and gas projects will produce greenhouse gases equivalent to a decade of CO2 emissions from China.” This will come from no fewer than 195 gigantic projects called carbon bombs. Even worse, the “…dozen biggest oil companies are on track to spend [US] $103m a day for the rest of the decade.”
